Great job to the 18 and 17 Quiksilver boys teams in Wisconsin!  Boys teams qualified for bids.  The 18s have qualified in 3 tournaments and plan on playing OPEN at USAV Nationals.  The 17s declined their bid since they had players from the 16s team playing that weekend.  Great job OBV!!
