All athletes must travel on flights with their parents or a coach/chaperone on the same flight

Athletes are only allowed to fly to a tournament without a coach or parent if they have received specific permission from Coach Zarate.

• Coaches flights will be booked at the lowest prices/best times for travel
• When those flights are booked, they are posted on the website.
• These are the SUGGESTED flights but are not mandatory unless your son is traveling by himself.
• Parents have the responsibility to book the flights for their sons and themselves.
• It is recommended to book the EARLIEST flight the day before the tournament starts in case there are flight delays or cancellations.
• It is suggested to book the flights as soon as the coaches flight is posted to minimize cost and ensure availability of seats. 
• If you are traveling with your son on a different flight, please remember that the tournament will go until 3:00 or 4:00 pm. 
  Do not book a return flight that would prevent your son from finishing the tournament, particularly on the critical last day.
